Frank Lazarski

Frank Lazarski has been the President of the United Way of Central New York since 2003. Previous to this appointment Frank served as the Executive Director of SYRACUSE 20/20, Inc. from September 2000 to September 2003. Before this Frank served as the Executive Director of CNYWorks, Inc., formerly the Syracuse Onondaga County Private Industry Council and served the City of Syracuse, under Mayor Tom Young, as Parks Commissioner and Director of Administration. He also worked for many years for the Syracuse Catholic Diocese and Catholic Charities in a variety of positions. Frank is an Adjunct Professor at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. He obtained an M.P.A. from Syracuse University and a B.A. from Stonehill College.
