Don Cross
Board Member

Don Cross attended Utica College of Syracuse University with a major in Biology. He has been a member of the Skaneateles Fire Department for over 30 years serving in various capacities including underwater search and rescue, firefighter, first responder, driver, officer and president. He operated an underwater contracting and salvages business with his sons and his electrical contracting business. Presently, Don is the project manager for major capital projects at Nucor Steel in Auburn, New York and has extensive industrial electrical experience. He is a member of the congregation of the First Presbyterian Church of Skaneateles where he is an ordained Elder and Deacon. Don was the on-site construction supervisor for the Duk Lost Boys Clinic spending five weeks in Southern Sudan in 2007. He also served as the Vice President of the American Care for Sudan Board of Directors. Don and his wife Heidi have been married for 35 years and have four children.
