Ann Higbee

Ann Higbee received her B.S. from the University of Maryland. She is a retired Managing Partner of the Public Relations and Public Affairs Department of Eric Mower & Associates. Ann’s community activities include serving on the boards of the Community Foundation of Central New York, Crouse Hospital, Public Broadcasting Council of CNY (Chair), Women’s Fund of CNY (charter founder), SUNY College for Environmental Science and Forestry Foundation and the Skaneateles Savings Bank/Binghamton Savings Bank. She was the president of International Public Relations Excellence and charter member and president of the Northeast Public Relations Partnership. Ann is also an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America.
